My printer got light and I made the huge mistake of buying replacement toner from a lousy company called tonerkits.com. Well, tonerkits.com sold me a kit that didn't work. When I politely requested help, the arrogant owner wrote a nasty condescending email accusing ME of being at fault, even though i followed the instructions TO THE LETTER. Some companies sell fake or poor quality toner. Whatever you do, DON'T buy from www.tonerkits.com - tonerkits.com is probably a terrible company in my view. Be sure you buy from a reputable company that sells legitimate toner. You won't find it at tonerkits.com

- I came upon this compliant when I was googling the tonerkit web page and I had to signup and respond. I have been buying toner from this company for 4 or 5 years or more. I buy a couple refiles every couple of months or so. I have never dealt with such a good company. I always receive my order 2 days after ordering and I have never had a problem. I have contacted them when I bought new printers with fuses and computer chips in the cartridges and they have been really helpful. I'm sorry that you had trouble but I think this is a really good company. Don Martin, Cleveland OH

- I have used this company since 2007 to refill catridges for a Samsung laser printer and have never had any problems. Did scambook contact tonerkits.com for their side of the issue? darndog from Nebraska
