Previously filed complaint about the shambolic way they run their website.
Possibly they use false contacts. A lot of the people's profile pictures are blurry, as though taken from internet, photo or magazine. A lot of the same people as well and considering it is a national site, I find that quite suprising.
Others on the site have expressed their disappointment to me also.
