I opened an account with power purchase solutions through my government job, i purchased two laptops they each cost approximately 1700.00 each i was paying 200.00 every two weeks taken from my paycheck. and i a few months after receiving my laptops , one of the laptops started breaking at a corner edge of the monitor since the laptop was cheap looking i thought it was that maybe my children had broken it. but then the second laptop which was mine , started breaking the same way and in the same area, i called power purchase solutions. and they claim i had to contact dell since the guarantee of the laptops was expired .they gave me a number with it a ticket number for the broken item , they informed me to send them the broken laptops to get fixed . i send dell the laptops .months past by with no answer from dell power purchasing . after a year i received my laptops back in a small box. both laptops where taken apart and shipped to me like a piece of junk i stopped my payments with purchasing power and now they are requiring me to pay for laptops that are pure garbage .purchasing power priced the cheap laptop very high and to top it off they did not fix my manufacturing damages in fact they pointed the finger to dell for them to fix, to my ashame they send my laptops back fully taken apart . lcd was ripped off from the screen , the key pads where taken apart , garbage , it was garbage . i was so upset. without no letter and this had comed back from dell because the package was designated to me by dell . i called purchasing power to let them know what happened and they didnt have a respond to me . all they cared about was the amount i had to pay for each laptops.
