I was on the US Postal Service web site and clicked on a button to submit a change of address form. I filled out the form and thought i would be charged $1 by USPS. I submitted my credit card number. Three days later I see a charge on my credit card for $19.95 charged by Changemyaddresscom. I will pursue this with USPS.
