I was receiving a message (request prohibited because it would cause a cycle) every time I clicked on my yahoo desktop icon (which I accidently deleted and would like back). I called what I thought was your help number (1-855-837-9965) and before I knew what happened they told me I owe them $299. They told me the reason why I was getting that message was because someone was trying to access credit card and banking info via my yahoo.I allowed them into my computer thinking it was you (Yahoo) just to restore my email. They uninstalled all my free anti-virus icons, and installed something called CClean which now appears on my desktop. I never authorized them to do this and repeatedly told them I cannot afford to pay the $299. I am very embarassed and concerned whether we have been hacked or not. Here is the invoice they want me to pay;
