I ordered their product on the 2nd of may, they promise a 4-7 day delivery. When by the 16th of May didnt recieve the package I called to talk to costumer service. A girl picked up the phone (Eastern European accent) said all the danish speakers are currently occupied and I could call back later. I choose to speak English since I have that ability. She reordered for me free of charge, however now its 28 of may still no delivery.
