I had ordered "Dr. Brownstein's Natural Way to Health" Newsletter that also includes a 3 Month Trial subscription to "Health Radar" and is supposed to come with a book by mail.
You can cancel your subscription within 30 days and are supposed to get a full refund, afterwards you may cancel and get a partial refund. One is supposed to do that via their online customer form. I have canceled my subscription within the 30 days and filled out the online form twice, on May 18 and May 22, 2013. I have never received any response nor have I gotten my money back. This company is a complete scam and should be sued. Unfortunately, I live in Germany so my means are limited for legal actions.
