I fell into the trap of falling for the trial offer of £2.50 for Liposlim. Money was taken from my account on 1st May 2013. I wanted this product to just get rid of a couple of pounds before my holiday on 13th May. I did not receive the goods before my holiday but when I returned on 28th May I had a slip from the post office to say a package needs signing for. So I picked up the package from the post office on 28th May. I have not started the product. I checked my bank account and was very surprised to see that £79.99 has been taken out on 20th May 2013. I have proof from the signed delivery that I didn't receive the product until 28th May so how can I know that the product works and I want to continue with the scam???? I don't want to and didn't know I needed to cancel in 14 days a I ordered on my phone and didn't see the small print (my fault I know!) I want my money back but when I contacted the website address on the label I got with my product there is no webiste, just a 'Green Coffee Products Customer Support' page with FAQ and a contact us submit form to complete. I completed the form and submitted only to find out that the form is just an image, it doesn't work. There is a phone number of 888-926-9873 which when I googled I found out other people have been scammed and the phone number doesn't exist.
I have called the fraud dept at my bank and they have cancelled my card so the company cannot keep taking money and advised I need to check my statements regularly now for other activity. I am going to write to the PO address in the vain hope there is someone there plus it adds weight to the fraud department investigation.
