VERIZON FAILED TOD SET UP THEIR EQUIPTMENT IN ALLOWED TOME SPAN. THEY REFUSED TO TAKE BACK EQUIPTMENT OR DEMONSTRATE IT. THE CLAIM I OWE THEM FOR THE NONUSE OF EQIUPTMENT. AFTER 2 PLS MONTHS THEY ACCEPTED RETRN OF EQUIPTMENT AND WAVED ALL CHARGES. THEIR ACCOUNT ING GROUP DID NOT WAVE THE CHARGES. I;M STILL BEING BILLED FOR THAT WHICH I NO LONGER HAVE. CALLS TO VERIZON ONLY GIVE YOU MENUES AND CLERKS WHO HAVE NO AUTHORITY. THERE IS NO LOCAL OFFICE WHERE I CAN TALK TO A PERSON IN AUTHORITY FACE TO FACE. PLEASE HELP A LITTLE GUY AGAINST THE BIG CORPORATION.
