On May 8, 2013 I went on line to order he 2 for 1 special 29.95 plus 7.95 shipping for each unit. you have to enter your credit card information into the system prior to getting you total invoice. once you enter your credit card info it is too late to stop the order. there is no accept or decline order option. Online tells you to call customer service if you want to cancel the order. called customer service because the 137.57 dollar charge on the invoice was not what I had ordered. was told by customer service that the order did not show on their system yet an to call back in 24hrs, did this and was told the order was already processed and they could not cancel it. After several phone calls I was instructed to return the unopened package with a return number they had given written on the outside and that the refund would be processed the same day I returned the package to the post office. This was done on May 22, 2013 and I called and let them know the package was on it's way back to them. was told the refund would be processed then. It is the 28th day of May and I still do not have a refund. I would advise everyone to stay away from this company.
