I had no idea that I was not purchasing from the authentic Coast website until I had an email from their 'customer service' department using a hotmail address and using what appeared to be 'google translate' English, (example being the start being Dear Friend!!!) This email told me the item was about to be shipped - it also alerted me to check my bank account pretty damn quick. I paid £75 for the dress - but two different amounts (£77 and £85) had been taken by two different Chinese sources. I reported this fraud immediately to my bank and luckily they have reimbursed my money and are dealing with the case as fraud!
Have now found another Coast website - but won't be buying, don't trust them at all - Coast brand has certainly lost my custom!
