My name is Bishnu Bassant. I am a client of American Remedy Center for a loan modification. I paid in full the sum of $3906.00 on January 22, 2013.

My property is located at (Personal Information Removed).

I submitted documentation to American Remedy Center that I was declined by my Servicer, Citimortgage, three times because my account is up to date despite my being unemployed for more than two (2) years. I was told that the reason I did not get the modification was I was dealing with them as an individual, and I should let them handle it.

I received a letter dated 5/9/2013 from Citimortgage advising that the modification was denied.

On 5/23/2013 I sent an ultimatum of 48 hours for American Remedy Center to refund my $3906.00 and followed it up with a courtesy phone call today at 12:20 pm. The phone call was followed up with an email. I did not receive a response to my call or email.
