Attempted to do an online change of address and unknown to me at the time, I was on Changemyaddress.com not the change of address form for the US Post Office. Nowhere did I see that there was a $19.95 charge and it didn't even look like the change went through. When i tried the second time, I was actually on the US Post Office site. I should have realized then that I had been trapped on a scam site.
