ARO 2011 and TrialPay

I needed anti-virus software for my computer. I googled anti-virus and ARO 2011 came up because they had a free trial downloadable version. Then when I went to download, ARO said my computer has over 3000 errors which the trial version can't fix because only the paying version can be fixed. I was not going to purchase and they said wait, if you order from our partner TrialPay, you get the paying version for free. So I went through TrialPay and decided to go with United Way thinking that I'll donate some money and get the software, we both win.

When I downloaded the software, I realized that this software does NOT have anti-virus capability. I called ARO 2011 and they told me they didn't have anti-virus software. They were happy to refund my money but because I went through TrialPay, I have to go to TrialPay to get a refund. The only way to contact TrialPay is through e-mail. There is no number to call. So I e-mailed them twice begging them for a refund. I only heard back once but they have not refunded my money yet. They did ask me if I wanted them to proceed with the refund but after I replied yes please do, I have not heard back. I've e-mailed them once more but still no word. So I have not received any refund and I'm stuck with software I can't use and I still do not have anti-virus software for my computer. I'm out $30. I feel that I have been scammed and ARO 2011 falsely advertised their product. I would warn everyone not to fall to their trap. I will never do anymore trial pay or buy ARO 2011 ever again.
