I also paid £1.99 for a free sample. I soon realised that this was a scam and contacted the company immediately telling them at the product did not suit my skin type. They replied confirming that no further money would be taken from my account and that no re-fill products would be sent. However, a couple of days later I discovered that they had taken £84.71 twice on the same day. Thankfully I gave them my credit card details so hopefully my bank will recover this sum for me. This company must be stopped from helping themselves to peoples money. Surely this is a criminal offence !!!!!

- this company goes under various names, eg Juvenue. Products include pro serum lift, lift duo etc. they make no mention of future commitments to buy and hide their terms and conditions. talking to their customer service staff is like communicating with a brick. there are loads of comments on this site from people who have been scammed by these frauds.
