Today (May 29th) I noticed a charge to my bank account for 7.75 from Dieselgang.com. I had never heard of them. I looked online for them and had trouble finding who they are. It was obvious that my account had been hacked. I called the number listed with the charge and the Dieselgang customer service person put me on hold for several minutes and then hung up. I called again and spoke to a different person and in telling her that there had been a mistake and I wanted a refund she hung up on me. The accent shouldn't be too hard to figure out if someone could lock in on finding these people. They are obviously getting away with something here. My bank reissued a new card for me so my account is closed today. Good times. Hopefully I wont need to put gas in my car until the new card arrives....The bank said they don't investigate or press charges of any kind. I'd have to do it myself. I feel like these people are going to continue to get away with this so I'm going to post on facebook and anywhere else that I can about this company and hopefully someone that knows how to do it will shut them down.
