On 03/27/13, We bought a Pressure Transmitter P/N 64250-033-2 from Sky View Aerospace. As quoted over the phone, stock Miami, terms of payment wire. After many attempts Mr Brian told us that we would received a tracking number by the end of the day on Thursday 28th. Obvious nothing. On Monday, Mr Brian informed us that part was "STUCK AT U.S CUSTOMS". We contacted Mr Brian on many occasions, and explained that the service was unsatisfactory, and finally he told us that we would receive a receipt of the refund by the end of the day on 04/04, which obvious did not occur until now. Failure to receive an appropriate response to this problem has prompted me to write directly to you. To resolve this problem, I would appreciate the refund of $4500 IN FULL.
