the message on the CC statement was Punitronhelp.com and the number 8008826119. I called it and was told I will get a refund. The company the person told me she was working for was called 24/7 support which would service a number of web sites. She asked my name and last 4 digits of my card. I called today, 10/6, hope I will get the money back. I have no clue who authorized the deduction from my card.
