Ordered a pair of Kalso Earth "Insignia" women's shoes in Light Teal, size 12. At the time, I couldn't find my size available anywhere else. I did a quick check to look for complaints about the company online and didn't find any problems or complaints about the company. I used paypal thinking it would be safer than a credit card. Unfortunately, the site said it would take 45 days to process and ship the shoes, and you must file a complaint with paypal within 45 days of the transaction in order to file a problem report. I never received the shoes, and to date I have not heard a word back from my inquiry.
