Roman Ogourtsov appears to be the owner of this scam website. He also appears to operate buytvtoday.com. I wired the scumball $2499 for a Panasonic TV, and of course nothing but lies and no TV delivered. His website is littered with bad spelling and poor grammar which should have alerted me to the fact that he is not a professional.
