I was contacted in October 2012 from the "Home & Garden TV Network stating that I had won a 2012 Mercedes S class & $500,000 and all I had to do was pay the fees. After 3 months of them having me send them money via MoneyGram or Western Union, I finally only had 1 more fee to pay. They said they would pay it but the money had to come from me. After they sent me a check for $4,600.00 I cashed the check but the bank would only release $3,000.00 to me. I sent them the $3000 back via Western Union. After 4 days I get a call from my bank stateing that the check was to a closed account. My bank ended up taking all my money and then some. I am not being sued by the bank for approximately $2500.00.
