As in the other complaints, I was sent a trial through a special offer through a "Groupon" type discount. Cost of shipping only, one time order button activated. Site and offer have disappeared from the web. Credit card debited monthly a minimum of $80. per product in spite of no product delivery - adding insult to injury. The initial trial package that arrived gave no indication that the product had to be returned or my credit card would be debited for a full purchase. I was led to believe that the trial offer was an opportunity to 'try' the product for free and then order if satisfied. The messaging was fraudulent, with 'an absence' of information, followed by auto charges to my credit card.
I have managed to get a partial refund and am working on a full refund from Customer service at 1866-767-1465. Call soon, the number will probably disappear. The Purasilk site is at purasilk.com.weebly - and the information on the site is completely changed.
