While at A BART station in Oakland CA. I needed to use a pay phone.I noticed on the ph. that I could use my debit card by using *22 on the ph.There were no rates posted,and i was only going to be on the ph. maybe 90 secs. My ph. call lasted about a min. and a half. When I checked my account the next day they charged me $17.65. I was SHOCKED !!! I looked them up on line and called them. I had to speak to several people there,but I am supposed to recieve a $7.00 credit in several days. I will never use them again I sugest that you don't also.
