I didn't know and I was introduce to putting money into a HYIP Program. I don't know who they are but everyone was doing it. So,
I needed money to do a business so I invested $10,000. They said it
would give me $33,000 in 5 days, which it did but then after I did a
withdrawal, they locked my account and no matter how much email I've sent them to beg and please, they never respond. Then I tried to chat
online but no one answer me anymore. Please help to get my money back.

Hi, sorry but I did not understand. So you invested 10k, you withdraw 33k. You have now 33k, right?
you are complaining because you cannot invest more?
or you did not make the withdraw and the company has all your money? -
