on april 3 2013 I'hd brought around trips ticket from Boston to fort lauderdale Florida, and return on april 7 2013.first of all my fligh were supposed to leaved at 7am flight #610 from fort lauderdale to Boston airport i was at the airport since 535am
waiting on line by the time i reach to checking it was 610am
the the customer service lady told me they had already close
the gate.okay i was still quietly patient over the service because
i just wanted to go back home to work for the next day,she offer me a deal to tampa florida airport i did acepted the offer she had me paid another fee for $80 plus an additional $25 on top what i had aleally paid on my $9 dollar spirits club .ok i paid it all just so i can go home that day. i took a car like she told me to tampa airport,as i get there they seach for my name,ticket numenber nothing appeal with my name, okay now i started getting mad,because i need to home next day work i can't, so by the time they finally found my name it was to late, my flight gate had areally closed so guess what i hand up buy me a nother ticket from jet blue for $420 on the next day. now not only i lost two tickets from you but i had to buy another for $420 plus a day off work..now i wish to have some reinburse to all that i have lost total amount of $367 FIRST TICK +$80 SECOND TICKETS +$140 MY WORK +$420 JET BLUE =$1007 THAT I NEED TO REINBURRSE TO ME .FOR MORE INF PLEASE MY NAME iSMR.BENITO CADET PHONE (Personal Information Removed) THANK YOU
