Like most people moving, I was in a rush and waited last minute to change my address. Quickly typed in change my address into google, and clicked on their link "USPS change of address." Looked like the USPS website, stated it would charge a one dollar fee (I knew USPS has the same convenience fee so I didn't think anything of it) and now my credit card has been charged $19.95! Immediately called up customer service, and no surprise - 30 callers are ahead of me. Someone shut this corrupt place down.
