ordered what i thought was a sample from lift serum skincare for £1.99 and notice money was taken from my account and phone my bank to find that this company had taken £85.00 from my account . I then got in touch with said company to find that i was put in to a trail and which i new nothing about . This company gave me no notification of this was going to happen or any form of information to let me know this was going to happen if i ordered . When i phone the company to explain this she said it was in the terms and conditions on the home page , yet this does not appear when ordering the product . I asked could this be refunded to my account and cancelled they replied no we will not be giving you a refund but will cancel your account for further payment . Would not mind but i explained my children and i will have no money for a week if they dont refund as they had emptied my account with no notice what so ever and they did not care what so ever . Would like to WARN others not to order from this company if they dont make it clear as to what you are getting into .
