i tried a free sample that i had to pay £1.99 postage then 2 weeks later i got an email saying thanks for order. i didn't place an order nor did i want to ,so i contacted them on the 28/5/20213 and told them this they then said they will cancel my order and send me conformation and that i will not be charged i told them i will cancel my credit card to make sure i was re assured that i would not need to but i did contact my bank anyway to cancel on to my horror to find that on the 13/5/2013 they took 2 payments of £84.71 and on the day i spoke to them they had the cheek to take 2 more payments of £89.66 i believe this is theft and i like my cash back a total of £341 for something i didn't even order how can this happen and is there any chance i can get my money back i have since cancelled the card and informed the fraud dept at the bank
