This is a copy of one of the many emails they sent us as you can see from the charges posted they even charged me twice the months of August through October 2012. they agreed to a refund of some but not all the charges. i have no record or history of using this Co. benefits but they kept over charging me. call me if you have any questions (Personal Information Removed)
