International boundaries
They make you pay $149 fee to download a form that is outdated and invalid to renew a permanent resident card so it can be processed and sent to USCIS. This company doesn't even provide a phone number to be contacted at and cannot be reached for conflict resolution. The money paid is taken and the renew application is further denied by USCIS due to the form being an invalid version, which is what the immigrationdirect.com company provides. This is fraud!
