Dear Sir,
Roozgaar.com (Roozgaar Services Private Limited) have called ( ph no: +911206191600) on April 29 2013 and assured me to provide 100% job Guarantee in 15 days . So I have Paid Rs.2695 as Service Charges for Job Placement. Then They further call me to pay Rs 4000 as security Amount as Your job has been selected in Hdfc Bank Nagpur. and as a Job seeking i have paid the Security Amount in dream of getting Permanent Job. Mr. Sanjay Singh ( Senior Executive) Again has call me to complete the Job Verification Process of Candidate as Required by Company to Provide job for that i paid Rs 5618. I have said to Mr.Sanjay Singh to provide some Proof of job Comfirmation, Mr Sanjay Singh has said he will send in email but still no such confirmation has been send. And still date they have not provided the job in Nagpur and i have called the Company they are just diverting the call to any executive and then cut the phone and such response is from the company. Still date i have paid total Rs.28987 for Job Guarantee in HDFC Bank in Nagpur and Still the Roozgaar.com have not Provide the job. On may 28 2013 Roozgaar.com again call me and there executive said that ur job has been selected in HDFC Bank and joining in 2 to 3 day but You have pay Rs13000 as security Amount required by company and i rejected to pay the amount and said to provide the joining letter but executive said without the payment of Rs13000 we will not provide joining letter. And finally i put the email to company for refund of full amount rs 28987 . today i call the company to refund the amount but they said i have to pay Rs. 20200 to company and then they will refund the whole amount of Rs.48987 I Objected i will not paid Rs20200 to recevied full refund amount and they said this is process to refund the Amount in the company or else there will no refund policy in your Company and closed the phone.
I feel that This is total Fraud and Scam Make by the Company and they will not provide me job and only exploit the money from me in want of job. So Request you please filed the Complaint on behalf me against such company ( Roozgaar.com) to recover the whole Amount of Rs.28987.
