Chrysler Cda About One Of Their Dealers Exploiting Their Salesman

This Chrysler dealership requires their salesman to serve their customers for the day for 5 days a week with no pay.They pay them only by commission every though they require them to mind the dealership for certain number of hours per day. At the end of the month whatever their commission they still have to wait until the dealership receive their money from the bank, even if the car saold has been delivere 2 weeks ago. Can you believe that this kind of employer ( A chrysler) can exploit employees like what this dealership is doing? This is Canada?? Requiring salesman to serve their customers for about 7 hrs or more per day , come dressed decently but no fix pay, by commission then holding the commission for weeks?? I have to borrow payday loans to pay our bills because of how my husband is being exploited, this is exploitting because the Canadian government allow this or ???... Please help , if you could direct this complain to Chrysler , maybe they do not know that their dealers carry out their business like this.
