I went to view the house that was up for rental, he was the estate agent. The following day he sent me a copy of the lease agreement and I signed and e-mailed it back to him, he sent me the banking details, I transfered the amount to his bank account, I never heard from him again. His phone was off if it happened that it was ringing he would not pick up my call or return my calls. i have sent him numerous sms and e-mail he just does not respond. i was supposed to move into the house on 1 June 2013 but did not. The owner of the house said they never heard anything from him he did not give them any money or ket them sign the lease agreement.
