I also have recent bad experience with a Chinese company.
The companys name is Signstech. I purchased a guillotine but was sent a cheaper model. I was invoiced and paid for the dearer model. They suggested I sell it and they would send me the correct model. I wasn't going to give them any more money. I gave them the opportunity to refund the difference between the 2 guillotines. They agreed to do this but after numerous requests I no longer receive emails from them. I have notified them that my aim now is to let as many people know about this company shaky dealings. I also advised them I would make it difficult for them to sell to the English speaking world again after I finish them.
I did warn them twice I would do this.
