On 5/10/013, I ordered a "FREE 14 day trial of a product called A2X Anxiety. The only thing I was supposed to be charged with was postage of $2.90. I tried to order by phone but was told the ONLY way I could order was "on line" and give my credit card number which I oh so foolishly did. After the free sample arrived I called their customer service and asked specifically if there would be any further charges and was assured there would not be. Before I had a chance to finish the l4 day trial bottle much to my surprise a charge of $49.95 showed up on my credit card. I had NOT authorized this purchase and had not even received it. Actually, I was blind sided and had no idea it had been sent. I tried to call their number but was told to leave a message and they would get back with me which they have not. I sent an e-mail and was told that I was a liar and had never talked with anyone at their company and they absolutely refused to remove the charge from my card. Remember, I had not even received the product and they informed me that NO they would not take it back under any conditions. This is a huge SCAM and after searching the internet I find countless other suckers who fell for the same trick. They lure you in with the free sample, get your card number and keep on charging your card. I have frozen my credit card for now and would like to warn everyone who is thinking of doing business with these people to BEWARE.....if you have anxiety now you "aint" seen nothing yet.
