Posted my gold on Monday and received an email on Tuesday saying they had received it and would call me within 24hrs with an offer . If only!! As others have said no one answers the phone or your emails . This is theft and fraud . I needed the money to send my son on a school trip to New York , doesn't look like he will be going now as I cant afford to replace the money that has been lost . I feel such and idiot .
