I was applying for a personal loan of $5000. Wasn't thinking clearly, suffering from a major concussion from a car accident. The phone # was 850-391-1555 and the carrier (I got from phone tracer) said the name was unlisted, it's a landline in Tallahassee, FL, Polk county and carrier Bandwidth.com CLEC LLC-FL. I believe the company is Cash Advance. They originally said t just send it to FL, USA but then I said they needed a city and told me Miramar, FL.

I spoke to an Edward who said to deposit $220 + $23.50 fee = $243.50 to a Sha Niqua Rayne-Coleman to validate my ID. I did this on 5/29/13 through Money Gram.

Then on the 31st I made three more deposits (clearly not thinking right - I would never fall for this type of stuff)!!

$880 + $73 fee = $953 to a Bret Ryan-Hellmers for activation of confirmation because I had bad credit, done through Money Gram.

Then the next two though Western Union:

$888 + $76 fee = $964 to a Felicia Melissa-Lawrence to activate my reference #?
$988+ $86 fee = $2074 to Felicia Melissa-Lawrence to pay interest and taxes.

They originally said they would pay those entire fees (except half of taxes from the $1074) + my loan of $5000.

Then a Sean called me at X108 and said that I needed to redo the payment of $880 + $73 fee = $953 through Money Gram and do it through Western Union that was why it wasn't going to be deposited into my bank or all to a Western Union then they would refund me that as well. I haven't done that. He said he was the from Chase Bank in charge of dispersing loans.

I am heading to my bank now, the police to file a report, and to both Western Union and Money Gram.

ANYTHING anyone can do to help me and give me advice would be greatly appreciated. I know I have a severe concussion but this was so stupid of me. I paid them over $3000 and am legit having panic attacks.
