Was contacted by this company that my time share had an offer for 18,900.00. After listening to what they had to offer, I was going to accept their offer until they stated that I needed to pay the closing costs up front. Luckily for me, I am a Realtor and know that fees are due at closing. I mentioned this and they said this was not a Real Estate transaction, only a membership. I told them I wanted to check on the company. Low and behold, they are written up all over the internet as a scam. Please do your research with any company prior to paying any upfront fees.
