I feel that I have been miss lead when I was took the offer of a 'free trial'. I read a review on the internet from either a television channel or a newspaper, I dont recall but because it was reputable sourse. I clinked on the link it gave me. I gave £2.49 for shipping and my trial came and then one week later I recieved another batch of these diet pills. I thought it was a mistake and didnt think much of it. I then found that the company and billed me for two batches = £280. I telephoned the bank who told me that another £140 had recently come out of my bank = total of £420. I telephone the company and the man on the phone was very robotic in his answers and I realised that I was not the only one who had complained. This company has taken money with out my consent. Their excuse is that they sent terms and contitions in the post and it was my responsibilty to read it.I asked why I had been charged for my free tria and was told because I didnt return the items (very miss leading) I asked for a refund for the pills that I had not yet recieved but I was toold they can only do this for people who pay up front. They had alsready took my money for this. I got nowhere with this call. I have stopped my card so they can no longer take any money. I feel so foolish and robbed. Surely this company cannot continue to do this to people.
