I ordered this product as a sample-postage only. I then received another bottle which I thought was postage only this was on 3rd May I then received yet another one no invoice no information - I did not order these products - this one was 20 May. I did contact them and explained that the only product I had ordered was the one where postage only was paid. They said they would 'close' my account, but haven't received any money back to date. I cannot remember my username for which I apologise. How will I get my money back as this was taken out of my account. When these products arrived they had no billing document - no date of order - nothing!

  • I was scammed by this company in May. I managed to get a refund for the second (unsolicited) delivery but they refused to refund £170 for the first delivery that was supposed to be a free sample. I have informed by credit card company and they are going to try to get my money back. I don't hold out much hope though. Someone else reported that the tick box confirming that you have read their terms and conditions is already ticked. That may be a loop hole? These are the tel nos they emailed me. I rang the London one and spoke to some bloke called Ron Nelson who was neither use nor ornament. Good luck and sorry to hear that you seem to be in the same boat as hundreds of others. 1-888-863-2960 (New York, USA) or +44 20 3355 7059 (London, UK), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. These phone lines have NO hold time) and ring directly to a manager.
