ordered product from website after reading thoroughly. plenty of talk about 100% refund guaranteed if not satisfied....etc

The empty bottles must be returned in order for us to process the refund.
We can only issue a refund for every bottle that is returned. For example, if you ordered two bottles and only return one, we will happily refund the one bottle you returned. However, we cannot refund the second bottle until it is returned.
Please allow 2 weeks for us to process any returns/refunds.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
If you are not satisfied with your results and want to refund a bottle that falls within the 90 day refund period, please mail it to us with your order number, name and address (so we know who to refund).

So..... i never recieved the order....bank has been charged...raging. the contact number on the site is invalid...Order Line - 0800 186 2105 - it just doesnt work....the sales and customer service email addresses dont work either - i have written to them incessantly. i emailed them 15 minutes after ordering saying not to ship the products as i thought they were dodgy after further investigation, and advised them to refund the charge made to my card. 2 days later i got an email advising me they had "shipped" the product....still waiting. even though i dont want it. THEN!!! a few days later they had the audacity to SPAM me, from the very email address i had been sending emails to! AS IF!

I have contacted Santander, my bank, who are issuing me with a form to fill in, and what not, i will get my money back, its not a huge amount, only £45.00, but its a lot to spend on NOTHING.

Nuvoryn & Nathans Naturals....seriously shoddy work, i am taking steps to see about how to get them shut down. everytime i type their name into google etc, all i see is a barrage of complaints...heres another one to add to the collection....
