In April I received an email about this product and decided to order, at the checkout the total came to more than stated. So 5 minutes later I cancelled the order and was told I would get my credit card reimbursed. That has not happened.
In May I got another email saying they were going to charge me for "Your Trim Trainer". I called them and told them I did not order this, they said I agreed to try this with my order for the Raspberry Ketones and did not cancel after the free month so I was being charged for it.
I asked them about getting my refund back on the Raspberry Ketones and was told I would receive it in about 10 days, that their computer was down that day so it never got taken care of.
