I ordered a dvd over a month ago, and the order is still "confirmed." There has been no contact from them, nor has there been a way to contact them. I have done some research to find that this physical address has a number of names attached to it. Discount Anime USA, Tower Anime, Best Buy Anime, and I think I saw another name or two on the internet. They all have the same reviews and complaints filed with the BBB. I will contact my bank next, and see what actions are avaliable to initiate.
