Guruaid pretends to be microsoft. Then offered me to clean up virus on my computer for free. Im not computer illiterate, all Im asking for is the way to clean up a trojan redirector sq virus. They told me that they can. After 5 minutes they say I need to pay $170 then they can clean it up. Then when I disconnected their remote the indian guy got mad at me saying, "why you disconnect me? why? why? you bastard" So at that point, I thought no computer professional would do this kind of stuff. When I tried to explain they hung up the phone on me. Hmmm...I suspect that this company has been scamming people for years and because they are in India, they succeeded 100% because no one is after them. Can "Anonymous" group hack guru aid please.
