I got taken in by this company who sent me the sample which turned out to be the whole bottle. I felt a bit uneasy so the following day sent it back having obtained proof of purchase.I emailed them 6 times and had no response. Three weeks later I checked my bank account to find they had taken £97. I then contacted the fraud dept of my bank and they took a lot of details and reinstated the £97 in my account. They were also kind enough to give me the phone number for collagenta which I rang and they said they had responded to my emails but would resend them again..I am still waiting. Their phone number is 02034110443. BEWARE at all costs and do not use this company.
