I signed up for a free trial of AuraVie Skin Care. I only had to pay the shipping and handling for $4.95. When I received the package I read thoroughly everything that came with it, which was only another order form, looking for any small print stating anything about a charge to come and found nothing. A couple of weeks later I notice a charge on my bank account for $97.88. I looked through everything I had from this company to get in touch with them and found nothing. I thought to myself, there must have been small print somewhere that I missed and decided since I have the product I will just pay for it and forget it. Then about 3 weeks later there was another charge for $97.88 on my bank account. So I got the phone number for the automatic withdrawal from my bank and called their customer service. The person I talked to was very rude by talking while I was talking instead of listening to what I had to say and putting me on hold without notice. She refused to let me speak with her supervisor. When she came back after several minutes she said her supervisor only authorized her to credit my bank card $25 because we were past the trial return date. I offered to return the product and they didn't want it. They said they would stop shipment of the second order and credit that one to my card. Mind you, I never signed up for membership and automatic shipments. If my account is credited the way they say it will be, monetary damages will be 72.88. I'm still waiting for confirmation of that credit.
