I signed up for their trial and almost immediately realized my error. I contacted the company who advised me to return my sample, giving me an ID number to write on the packaging. I did this, enclosing the same information inside the package also as an additional precaution. I duly posted it 'to be signed for' on 29.4.13. The package was delivered (according to Royal Mail records) on 2.5 13, which was well within the company time frame for returns. Even so, £89.91 was taken from my account on 28.5.13. I now find that I cannot contact them by phone, so have sent a polite explanatory email to Dermajuvenate, requesting a cheque for the funds they took.
