this company took £79 from my account without my consent, i did not receive any loan from anyone so i do not see why i have to pay this fee as they did nothing to help me at all, im furious with this and im sure im not the only person this has happened to, i phoned the company and was told i cant have a refund, this is outrageous, i would like this dealt with and they should not be allowed to trade if all they do is rip people off
