On December 21, 2012 I ordered ADDitude magazine from The New Magazine City. Printed out my confirmation and gave this subscription to my daughter-in-law for Christmas. This magazine is published 4 times a year. She informed my a few weeks ago that she never received her magazine. I went onto the company website and could only leave an e mail for them to investigate the delay in the order. It said to fill out the information and they would respond in 8-10 days. As of today, no response. When I went to look up the site again today, I noticed this site and read several complaints just like mine and concluded that I will never hear from them. I did find an 800 number to call as was mentioned in another complaint. I too called that number was told to hold and then told that all the lines were tied up to leave my name, number and complaint and they would get back to me. I left a message citing my displeasure with them, but I did not leave my name or number because I know that they will not get back to me. Good news was I called my credit card company and told them what happened and about this site and the other complaints that I read. They are crediting my account for $20.99 because I have been with this card company for many, many years and have excellent credit. Good luck to any others that may have the same problem as I had.
