- I am a manager over at Alarcon and Associates. First of all, we are not a loan modification company. We are a very reputable Law Firm. Mr. Alarcon is very well known in his fields of law. If you would like to call our company at we will be happy to address any concerns. I am sure my firm would never had taken any retainer fees via credit card unless we had an authorization on file.
